We hope that you love your order but if you need to return it for any reason we've tried to make it as easy as possible.

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
  • Refunds will be made to the card used for the original order.
  • Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
  • If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable.
  • If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.

In the UK returns are FREE provided you use the prepaid label supplied with your order.

To return your items via our freepost Royal Mail service you need to:

  1. Ensure we receive your return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  2. Fill in all of the relevant details on the returns note that came with your order.
  3. Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact and ensure that you’ve included the completed returns note in your parcel. 
  4. Returns are free via Royal Mail’s freepost service. Please use the pre-printed Royal Mail free returns label enclosed in your order.
  5. Make sure you get a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.
  6. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel although during sale periods this can be a little longer.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:
